Data Server Entry Technicians

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Swing Shift Data Server Entry Technician role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities :

• Operate, monitor, and maintain data server equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with the decommissioning, sanitization, and recycling of IT assets, ensuring adherence to industry standards and data security protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on server hardware, components, and data wiping processes to ensure compliance with ITAD regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in work areas to comply with environmental and data security standards.
• Load and unload IT equipment, ensuring proper handling, storage, and accurate inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and address any technical challenges.
• Accurately document ITAD processes, including data sanitization, asset tracking, and equipment status.
• Participate in routine maintenance and organization of server equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, data security concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
