Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half's Finance & Accounting practice is partnering with a leading real estate investment firm in San Francisco seeking an Accounting Manager, Property to support a two-building Class A property in the Market Center area. This role offers full ownership of day-to-day property accounting, lease administration, and project-related financial support in a collaborative, hands-on environment. You'll work closely with a seasoned property management team and have exposure to construction, leasing, and renovation accounting as the property undergoes major upgrades.

Manage full-cycle property accounting and financial reporting.

Handle lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and tenant billings.

Support construction draws, project cost tracking, and lender reporting.

Collaborate with management to improve systems and processes.

4+ years of commercial property accounting experience.

Strong understanding of lease structures and CAM.

Experience with Yardi or MRI is strongly preferred.

Organized, proactive, and enjoys working closely with a small, collaborative team.
