Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Hayward, CA, working within a K-12 school setting. This contract position, lasting through February 2026, is ideal for an experienced SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and licensed to serve in schools. The role is concentrated on supporting both elementary and middle school students across two school sites, providing comprehensive speech-language services during a full 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to students across elementary and middle school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
• Manage and maintain detailed records of student progress and services provided.
• Adapt caseload management as caseload size grows from approximately 48 students to potentially 55.

This 40-hour per week contract position is designated as a Maternity Leave (MAT Leave) replacement and offers a dynamic caseload with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills.
