Your role and responsibilities include:
- Greets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times and maintains the lobby area.
- Provides clerical support to management team as needed
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines
- Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information
- Individual must be able to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills required
- Scaning and Data Entry
Qualifications Your Qualifications & Experience will include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred; but not required.
- Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably 1-2 years in the healthcare industry
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks
- Basic computer skills necessary
- Must be at least years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen
