Job Description

Responsibilities

Your benefits will include :

  • Full-Time : Monday - Friday from 9 : am - 5 : pm; some weekends as needed

Your role and responsibilities include :

  • Greets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times and maintains the lobby area.
  • Provides clerical support to management team as needed
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines
  • Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information
  • Individual must be able to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills required
  • Scaning and Data Entry

    • Qualifications

    Your Qualifications & Experience will include :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; but not required.
  • Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably 1-2 years in the healthcare industry
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks
  • Basic computer skills necessary
  • Must be at least years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen
