Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Project Coordination

Coordinate projects across multiple teams within the division.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Methodology Expertise

Demonstrate proficiency in either Scaling Up, EOS, or equivalent methodologies.

Technology Management

Utilize appropriate technology tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms) to facilitate team collaboration.

Deadline Management

Monitor project deadlines and proactively address any delays or issues.

Problem Solving

Identify and address project-related issues promptly.

Administrative Tasks

Handle light administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation as it relates to projects.

Minimum Qualifications

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $100,000-$135,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
