Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting. Knowledge of age-appropriate practices for 3-year-olds. Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills. Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check and CPR / First Aid certification. Full-time; schedule typically ranges between 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (exact shift may vary).

Lil Voyagers Academy is looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic 3-Year-Old Teacher to lead a classroom of curious and growing preschoolers. This teacher will play a key role in guiding children through social, emotional, and academic development using a play-based, engaging curriculum.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans tailored to the needs of 3-year-olds.
- Create a nurturing, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children with potty training, transitions, and self-help skills.
- Communicate regularly with families about their childs progress and classroom updates.
- Observe and document developmental milestones, behaviors, and learning progress.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistency and quality care.
- Assist with managing daily center tasks such as cleaning, prepping materials, and supervising during transitions.
