Key Responsibilities
Manage resellers and clients within assigned accounts
Oversee the renewal lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of orders
Proactively engage with clients prior to renewal dates and resolve related issues
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of client service experience; a four-year degree and account management experience preferred
Experience in the SaaS industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce preferred
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
