???? What You'll Do

• Support clients through recovery using observe & report care
• Complete client intakes and documentation in EMR/EHR systems
• Conduct urine drug screens (UA) and BAC testing
• Enforce facility rules while maintaining dignity and respect
• Monitor client behavior and respond calmly to crises
• Communicate daily with clinical leadership
• Help keep the facility organized, safe, and welcoming

???? What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment (preferred, not required)
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Calm under pressure, dependable, and compassionate
