About the Role We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and install residential and / or commercial plumbing systems while providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems Perform inspections and preventive maintenance Communicate clearly with customers about job details, repair options, and costs Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely Complete service reports and documentation accurately Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry codes Requirements 5 years of experience as a plumbing technician (or equivalent training) Valid plumbing license or certification Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Clean driving record and valid driver's license Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part xpxfdfd of a team Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential and / or commercial plumbing Experience with water heater installation (tank & tankless) HVAC or mechanical aptitude a plus Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary Overtime opportunities Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms provided Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
