Patent Attorney (non-life sciences) – multiple offices

Base pay range : $225,000.00 / yr – $310,000.00 / yr

Duties

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications in high technology and emerging technology areas
  • Prepare non‑infringement, invalidity, and patentability opinions
  • Provide patent counseling services to a global client base

Skills

  • 1–4 years of non‑life science patent prosecution experience, such as in the mechanical, electrical, computer hardware and software arts
  • MS or PhD in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, and the like
  • Active license to practice law
  • USPTO registration
