Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in client account management or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
