Remote Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Remote Collector for the EST / CST zones.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts

Provide accurate account updates and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information

Counsel delinquent consumers and comply with applicable laws and company policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail
