Food Service Professional

Mochi Thaim Donuts located in Colorado Springs CO is actively seeking an energetic and dedicated food service professionals to join our dynamic team at both our North Academy and Interquest locations. Qualifications

Must have the passion to provide great customer experience and rapport at Mochi Thaim Donuts

Reliable and prompt

Restaurant industry experience : 1 year preferred but not required

Must be energetic and friendly

Ability to effectively communicate instructions

Customer Service skills / experience is required

Strong attention to detail and able to multitask with a great attendance record.

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

High school education or equivalent required

Responsibilities :

• Skillfully prepare both hot and cold beverages to meet customer specifications.
• Expertly fry and glaze mochi donuts.
• Ensure the work area remains impeccably clean and organized.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Effectively ommunicate with customers shift leaders and managers.
• Uphold rigorous cleanliness standards and comply with all food safety regulations.
• Abide by company policies and standards at all times.
• Flexibly tackle any additional tasks as delegated by management.
