Title : Director of Nursing

Job Duties : Under the supervision of the administrator, the Director of Nursing / Director of Nursing Services directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The director is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Schedule : Full-Time

Qualifications :

• Current licensure in the State of California as a registered nurse.
• CPR and first aid certified. (American Heart Association preferred)
• DNS will meet all applicable regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, PSR and recovery principles.
• Knowledgeable of all applicable regulations and standards.

PHF Experience required

The psychiatric nursing service shall be under the direction of a registered nurse who shall meet at least the following qualifications :

About the Campus : The Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our San Jose campus is in close proximity to the mental health support services in Santa Clara County. The San Jose PHF provides a spacious environment, with two living rooms, a welcoming room, visiting space, serenity room, dining room and a beautiful courtyard. The program is dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment and recovery in each of our clients.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range :

$131,000—$165,000 USD
