Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
Resolve customer requests and inquiries via calls or email
Provide product education and notify clients of test results accurately
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role is required
Experience in a contact center or healthcare environment is preferred
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, are required
