Industrial Maintenance Technician – Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment
Location : Poway, CA
Pay : $33–$43 / hr + $2 / hr night shift differential
Shift : Mon–Fri, 6 : 00 PM–2 : 30 AM
About the Role :
Toray Membrane USA Inc., a global leader in water treatment technology, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is not a facilities maintenance role —applicants with only HVAC, plumbing, or building maintenance experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated spiral element production equipment and related machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams .
- Document all maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
