Arizona Pre-Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage cases efficiently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients and potential clients, managing communications and case updates

Order and manage medical records, negotiate settlements, and maintain organized case files

Prepare demands and support documentation for submission to insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, especially with Arizona cases

At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster

Strong negotiating skills and ability to work collaboratively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of typing at least 35 wpm
