Lab Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to manage case dispatching and communication in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and control the dispatch and completion of laboratory cases, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Communicate with various departments to facilitate case tracking, follow-ups, and urgent requests while maintaining excellent customer service

Document issues and assist in troubleshooting to ensure efficient lab services are provided

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred dispatch experience and some knowledge of medical terminology

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience handling high volumes of telephone communication

Knowledge of logistics and ability to operate tracking tools effectively
