As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an educational location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with students, staff, and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the campus and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the educational environment. Assist students, staff, and visitors with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence. Support Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as needed during incidents and / or emergencies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
