Job Summary The Human Development and Family Sciences program, at OSU-Cascades, invites applications for a full-time (1.00 FTE), 9-month, fixed-term, Instructor of Human Development and Family Sciences position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Dean of Academic Affairs.
This position is located in Bend, Oregon.
This Instructor position in the Human Development and Family Sciences (HDFS) program at OSU-Cascades, is integral to advancing the program’s mission of improving individual and family well-being across the lifespan. As part of the College of Health, the position focuses on teaching and curriculum development for undergraduate courses in HDFS, mentoring students, and contributing service to the HDFS program, OSU-Cascades, and the university. This position emphasizes expertise in human services, practica and internships, and topics related to diversity and inclusion, fostering culturally attuned and trauma-informed practices.
