Product Manager (Burbank, CA)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Product Manager for a hybrid position for their Burbank office! In this role, you will be leading the modernization project for a portfolio of eight enterprise applications, managing finances, roadmaps, and coordination between engineering and stakeholders! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and be a self-starter with a high level of initiative! Someone who has an understanding of software development of software applications and software design patterns, principles, and best practices!

Experience of the right candidate :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and large-scale technical products.
  • Must be able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Nice to haves :

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Prior experience in building applications with high security and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of delivering highly available, scalable N-Tier solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, XP, etc.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and business stakeholders to oversee end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver high-quality products.
  • Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practice.
