Job Details

Requirements & Duties :

• Some lead / management experience and take over as director in the next 1-2 years
• Energetic and doesn’t need a lot of hand holding
• Good at documenting IT tasks
• Great at fighting fires
• Take ownership of the ticketing process / team
• Ticketing system (Atera and just migrated from Fresh Service)
• Backup / Restore (Acronis but would like to upgrade something like VEEAM, RUBRIK)
• Network Monitoring (Created their own monitoring tool) and open to implementing a new ttool
• Routing & Switching (Cisco Catalyst)
• Firewall (Sonciwall, doesn’t like Sonicwall and upgrading to Netgate 6100)
• VmWare & Hyper-V (Clustering)
• Windows
• Salesforce CRM (Report writing, dashboarding and administration would be HUGE nice to have)
• Upgrading ERP System to Infor
• Power BI would be very nice to have
• Wireless Controllers
• Active Directory (Group Policy)
• Exchange
• VOIP (Zoom)
• Cyber-Security
• Crowd-Strike
• Azure
• Office 365
• VPN
