The industrial maintenance technician performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems.
- Responsibilities
Responsible for preventive maintenance of machinery / equipment
Perform highly diversified duties : install and maintain production and plant facility equipment.
Skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines (CNC machinery, Mills, Lathes)
Troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulic, fabrication and forklifts
2 to 3 years in heavy industrial manufacturing maintenance
Machine maintenance or relevant certifications
Must have your own tools
3 to 5 years in heavy industrial manufacturing maintenance – Preferred
Associates degree or relevant certifications - Preferred
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, and reach with both hands
