Assessing patient needs and implementing personalized care plans

Coordinating discharge planning and educating patients

Requirements :

Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Education :

Certification Addendum :
