Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates and manage the candidate assessment process
Foster relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with recruitment laws and diversity initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment methods
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday and Greenhouse
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
