Marlborough, MA (onsite)

2 Month Contract

M F 8AM-5PM

Client is seeking an On-Site Services Specialist for a contract from 12 / 8 / 2025 to 2 / 6 / 2026 , starting immediately. This role supports high-volume copying, imaging, mail services, shipping / receiving, and general office support. Position is on-site with extensive standing, walking, and lifting.

Responsibilities

Operate high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, image-handling software, MS Office, email, and document management systems.

Perform copying, binding, finishing, scanning, QC checks, and basic copier maintenance (clearing jams, reporting issues).

Conduct daily mail runs; sort, distribute, and process incoming / outgoing mail and faxes; apply postage.

Process FedEx and DHL shipments; handle shipping and receiving of materials and supplies.

Deliver completed jobs, distribute office supplies, and maintain organized copier and mail areas.

Calculate job charges and maintain logs, records, and inventories.

Respond to service calls and answer questions regarding job status or feasibility.

Use envelope opener, shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery tools, jogger, tape machine, stackers, staplers, and scales.

Perform filing, archiving, meeting room setup, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning.

Travel between buildings if needed; overtime may be required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

1 2 years of related experience; copy / print center experience preferred.

Excellent customer service, basic PC proficiency, math skills, and ability to prioritize.

Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment.

Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 55 lbs; able to push / pull equipment up to 700 lbs with assistance.

Valid driver s license may be required.
