Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters. We are a fast-paced company dedicated to providing timely, high-quality services to property owners in need. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations with opportunities to grow and advance as your skills and responsibilities expand.

The Part-Time Office Assistant will play an important role in keeping our office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable learning new software quickly, and experienced with bookkeeping and collections. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm. The ideal candidate will be available 2-3 of those days / hours, up to 6 hours each day.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
• Assist with incoming calls, emails, and job documentation
• Support bookkeeping functions, including data entry into QuickBooks
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) collections, follow-ups, and payment tracking
• Organize files, forms, and project documentation
• Learn and utilize industry-specific software and platforms
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation : $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
