Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating field service activities to ensure the smooth execution of requests. Efficiently manage customer service inquiries with precision and deliver service estimates or job quotations promptly. Keep customers informed by tracking ongoing work orders and providing updates through the portal or direct communication via phone or email. Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows effectively. Generate and maintain reports while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
The company operates in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on growth and internal promotions. The workspace features pit-style or cubby seating arrangements, allowing employees to sit near others handling shared accounts. The team comprises approximately 15 members, with 5 team leads overseeing 1–3 direct reports each. Employees are required to be flexible with start times, as schedules can begin as early as 6 AM or as late as 8 AM to cover both East and West Coast operations. The position offers a hybrid work model with four days onsite and one day working from home on Fridays. Initial training is conducted 100% onsite for at least 2 weeks, potentially extending up to 4-6 weeks, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM. Although it is a contract role, there is potential for conversion to a direct position based on performance and business needs after six months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
