Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Financial Analyst $75000$90000 Plex Required

Location : Metro Detroit

Looking for an experienced Financial Analyst with Plex ERP experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with engineering manufacturing and purchasing to deliver cost insights build financial models and support strategic budgeting / forecasting. Your work will drive pricing strategies capital allocation and operational efficiency.

What Youll Do :

Lead month-end and quarter-end close : reconcile balance sheets prepare journal entries ensure SOX compliance

Handle Accounts Receivable : customer invoicing cash application bank reconciliations

Provide daily and ad-hoc sales reporting

Manage fixed asset accounting : capitalization depreciation impairments and audits

Identify cost-saving opportunities optimize inventory and reduce working capital

Maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting packages (P&L bridges cash-flow analyses)

Support other tasks as needed to help the business

What You Bring :

35 years in manufacturing or automotive supply finance roles

Experience with standard costing variance analysis inventory valuation and asset accounting (GAAP depreciation reconciliations)

Budgeting and forecasting in multi-plant operations

Advanced Excel and Plex ERP proficiency

Clear communication to turn data into actionable recommendations

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field

Nice to Have :

Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functionally
