A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage care for individuals with substance use disorders
Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and support their recovery goals
Provide patient care during scheduled shifts, including documentation and care coordination
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active NP license and PMHNP certification in the state of residency
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting
Degree from an accredited nursing program and a graduate-level clinician program
Experience managing substance use disorders within a chronic care model
Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing tools
