Key Responsibilities

Maintain dashboards and trackers for program management

Prepare customer-facing updates and coordinate documentation

Support cross-regional processes such as onboarding and revenue-sharing compliance

Required Qualifications

Experience in service, installation, or design of audiovisual and presentation systems

Background in program or project management in a corporate or enterprise environment

Proficiency with dashboards, trackers, reporting systems, and advanced Smartsheet skills

Certifications : CTS required; Smartsheet expertise required; CAPM or ACP preferred

Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in small groups and customer settings
