Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.

Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service standards.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales forecasting.

Implement and maintain operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with regulations.

Foster a positive and engaging environment for guests and team members alike.

Drive marketing, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to grow the restaurant’s presence.

Resolve guest concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in multi-unit or high-volume environments.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational metrics.
