Licensed EAP Management Consultant

A company is looking for an EAP Dedicated Management Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace topics

Coordinate expatriate pre-assignment interviews and manage Drug Free Workplace referrals

Organize EAP employee orientations, trainings, and support for critical incident responses

Required Qualifications

LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience and independent licensure

EAP experience, including consultation on workplace events and mental health concerns

Supervisory experience and / or experience working with management and HR professionals preferred

Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with Drug Free Workplace policies preferred

Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies and platforms
