Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and implement complex cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing scalability in Corporate Applications. The role involves driving projects from ideation through to implementation, including system upgrades, product launches, and integration of acquisitions. The successful candidate will provide program management and leadership for multi-functional product development teams, ensuring projects meet their deadlines, budget, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on strategies, goals, resources, and timelines across various departments including Finance, HR, and IT.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor budget performance, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate core team and executive steering committee meetings, provide clear communication on project status, and drive resolution of constraints and conflicts.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience in Project Management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with budget monitoring and compliance adherence.
  • Has Workday Integration experience and Workday Application knowledge
