[job_card.job_description]Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed Will assist with Turndown and public areas Stocks and maintains supply rooms Receives processes and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards Organizes the team and ensures appropriate projects and tasks are complete Assists guests with questions and basic requests Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional Trains new housekeepers and support staff Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues High School Diploma / GED a plus but not required Previous experience in housekeeping supervision Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Good time management and organizational skills Conflict resolution experience Patience and good listening skills

The housekeeping supervisor will be in charge of the department for the PM shift. Overseeing Turndown and the PM team in their daily duties; he or she will be required to oversee all housekeeping duties.
