We are seeking Several Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Key Responsibilities : / b>

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
• Create and maintain data collection systems
• Provide in-class support and staff training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans
