The Early Learning Shared Services Specialist II will work with Child Care Management Systems (CCMS) (ELV, Brightwheel, Procare), local Child Care Resource Referral agency and Recruiters to promote and share the Shared Services Model.The primary clients of the program are Family Child Providers (FCC) and centers.The Specialist II serves as the contact for CCMS and Providers.The Specialist II will conduct monthly learning communities and track attendance.

Mental, Physical, and Communication Demands:Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires excellent computer and typing ability and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Requires working under minimal supervision.
