Operations Lead

The Operations Lead will provide key strategic support to senior leaders. In addition to administrative support, they will provide key institutional intelligence, stakeholder awareness, process requirements, and quality assurance. They will be responsible for office management as well as both internal and external strategic communications.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
