Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AV Project Manager to join our team in Newport News, VA. In this role, you will oversee a variety of audiovisual projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for managing multiple tasks while keeping a keen eye on quality, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audiovisual projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Oversee the installation and setup of AV equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
