As a Travel Sales & Booking Advisor, you will help clients choose the best travel packages based on their preferences, budget, and expectations. Your role involves clear communication, careful listening, and guiding travelers through the booking process with confidence. You’ll present options, explain differences, and help clients feel excited and secure about their decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present travel package options and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and activities.
  • Answer questions about destinations, policies, and requirements.
  • Manage reservation updates, changes, and special requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of bookings and client preferences.
