Role Description
Will train the right individual. No insurance knowledge required. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer based in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships through consultative insurance sales and recommending tailored policy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, assisting clients with their insurance and employee benefits needs, providing outstanding customer service, and staying up-to-date on insurance products and market trends. Some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain trust-based relationships
Familiarity with Employee Benefits and the ability to explain and recommend products to clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
Relevant professional licenses or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe
