• We are hiring immediately for full time DISPATCHER positions.
• Location : National Performance Center - 1845 Midpark Road, Suite 101, Knoxville, Tennessee 37921. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time; Days may vary, 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm, 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 00 pm, and 10 : 30 pm to 7 : 00 am. 72 hours biweekly. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior call center, customer service, and Microsoft Office experience is preferred. Willing to train!
• Fixed Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Coordinates and monitors Patient Transportation services activities through timely, accurate dispatch and management of customer transportation requests.
