About the Role

As a Professional Civil Engineer , youll play a pivotal role in designing and managing high-impact civil engineering projects across sectors such as land development, urban infrastructure, municipal projects, and educational facilities . Youll work alongside talented professionals in a supportive environment that values your voice, expertise, and long-term growth.

This is a hybrid position , offering a flexible balance between in-office collaboration and remote productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design, planning, and coordination of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams , ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of engineering solutions.
• Prepare detailed plans, technical reports, specifications, and permit documents.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture .
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and public agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates with EIT and the ability to obtain a P.E. within 6 months are also encouraged to apply.
