Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to basic inquiries from members, providers, and customers
Provide knowledgeable responses to client questions and escalate complex inquiries as necessary
Resolve client issues, update account records, and ensure inquiries are fully documented
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Proficiency with help desk tools, computer systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work collaboratively and identify appropriate stakeholders for client inquiries
