Corporate Development Investments Senior Advisor

NTT DATA's Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure and execute targeted merger and acquisition opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy. We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Development Senior Advisor as we continue to build out the team. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and possesses a high level of financial acumen, combined with an ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical part of the growth strategy at NTT DATA, with high exposure across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include :

• Day to day management of the M&A life cycle including origination, business case, due diligence and transaction execution
• Build and develop detailed financial analyses of potential acquisition targets and preparing valuation analyses of potential acquisition / investment targets
• Partnering with other team members of the Corporate Development team on complex strategic problems and assessments
• Monitor, analyze and report on industry trends, competitor activity that may inform strategic decision and choices
• Preparing Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities
• Supporting post-closing periodical reporting requirements and monitoring acquisition performance and realization of growth targets.
