Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs in Special Education settings.
• Implement Life Skills teaching strategies to foster independence and personal growth among students.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the requirements of Special Day Classrooms.
• Collaborate closely with support staff including paraprofessionals, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs who assist with supervision.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches to maximize educational outcomes.
• Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student support and services.
