Key Responsibilities
Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
Maintain relationships between departments to ensure effective issue resolution
Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of complaints and inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience required
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
Basic knowledge of products and services is beneficial
On-the-job training or continuous learning education may be necessary
