Onboarding Associate

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to manage client onboarding and support program operations.

Key Responsibilities

Screen potential clients to determine eligibility and manage onboarding processes

Facilitate group online sessions to inform job seekers about available career services

Ensure accurate data entry into the Salesforce database and support program teams as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce database is a plus

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
