Job Description

Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
