Job summary :

The Nurse Manager for Specialty Services Line is a vital leadership role responsible for the overall clinical and operational management of designated and other specialized clinics. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care within the service line, aligning with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices. The Nurse Manager will foster a collaborative environment, lead a team of nursing professionals, and contribute to the strategic development and growth of the specialty services.

Supervises : Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Radiation Therapists, and other clinical support staff within the assigned service line.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

2. Current RN licensure in the State of Rhode Island

3. A minimum of five years' clinical nursing experience and three years' leadership experience

5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required

6. Chemotherapy / Immunotherapy certification must be obtained within 2 months of hire

7. Specialty Areas : Must meet Knowledge / Skill Inventory List

8. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Pay Range : $101,984—$127,485
